If you would like to to your dog in for a groom then just give us a ring or message us on facebook.
For Walking and Sitting its the same procedure ring or message us so we can arrange for one of our staff to come around to meet you and your beloved pet. This is so we can get to know eachother and if your happy to fill out a form.
If you are booking a Pet Sitting we do require 25% of your total bill to sercure your place.
Cancellation
We understand that situations can arise and you may need to cancel. Reluctantly we need to charge cancellation fees as we cant alway fill last minute slots.
Therefore these cancellation fees apply;
Dog Grooming and Walking.
Cancellations less than 24hours before the appointment book will require full payment.
Pet Sitting.
Cancellations 2 weeks or more before start date you will recieve full refund(excluding deposit).
Cancellations 1 week before you will pay 50% of full amount.
Cancellations 24hours before start date you will have to pay full amount due(100%)
